Service Availability

Ai InLine’s chatbot services operate using a Large Language Model (LLM) API and are subject to changes based on the best performing LLM available in the market at the time of use. Our services are reliant on the LLM being online and operable.

Please note that if the LLM, specifically the OpenAI model we currently use most frequently, is offline, our services may also be unavailable. Ai InLine does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for any disruptions or downtime caused by issues with the LLM or other external factors.

Changes to Terms

The terms of use are subject to change, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top of the page. Users are required to agree to the terms prior to using the Platform. To ensure you are aware of the most current terms, please review the terms of use page regularly.

By continuing to use the Platform after any changes to the terms of use, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.

Disputes

You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions and agreements (if any) with the Dealership, on or off the Platform. You further agree that Ai InLine will have no liability or responsibility with respect to such interactions and agreements. Ai InLine reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and the Dealership. You agree that you will not seek to involve Ai InLine in any such dispute as a party, whether by way of cross-claim, counterclaim, third-party claim, or any other method.

In the event of any dispute or claim connected with the Platform or these Terms, such dispute or claim will be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in person. If conducted in person, the arbitration will take place in a location agreed upon by both parties.

The arbitrator will be a neutral arbitrator agreed upon by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on a neutral arbitrator, either party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to designate a neutral arbitrator to serve as arbitrator.

The arbitration will be conducted informally, under rules agreed to by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on rules, they agree to let the arbitrator determine the rules of the arbitration.

The costs of the arbitration (other than each party’s legal fees) will be shared equally between you and Ai InLine. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.
