If you use the Platform when shopping for or purchasing a vehicle, you are dealing directly with the dealership. Ai InLine is not responsible for any information provided to you through the Platform by the dealership. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or currency of any information communicated on or through the Platform, including information about vehicle prices, model features, or payment plans. The information on the Platform is provided for your convenience, and you use it at your own risk.
Your Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform solely for communicating with the Dealership. Your usage of the Platform must comply with these Terms at all times. Ai InLine reserves the right to terminate or modify your access to the Platform without prior notice.
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, publish, display, email, or otherwise use via the Platform, including code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials (“Content”).

Data Collection and Use
How We Collect Data
Ai InLine collects personal data through a chat widget integrated into the front end of the car dealership’s website. Users can interact with the chat to inquire about vehicles or services. If the chatbot determines that the user has an intent to purchase and requires further support, it will request the user’s contact information, specifically their name, email address, and phone number.
Types of Data Collected
No other personal data is collected through the chat widget.
Data Retention
Ai InLine retains the collected personal data internally and provides it to the respective car dealership whose website the chat widget is integrated into. The retention period of the data by the car dealership is subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
Sharing with Third Parties
We collect the following types of personal information to provide and improve our services, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and conversation data. The collected data is exclusively provided to the respective car dealership to facilitate further support and follow-up on user inquiries.
User Rights
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Data
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data collected by Ai InLine. There are two ways for users to exercise these rights:
Security Measures
Ai InLine takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements various measures to protect it. Personal data collected through our chat widget is stored on secure servers provided by Microsoft Azure, which is known for its robust security and compliance standards.
We continuously monitor and enhance our security practices to ensure the protection of your data.
Compliance
Ai InLine is committed to complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. This includes adherence to:
We ensure that our data handling practices comply with these regulations to protect the privacy and rights of our users.
Limitation of Liability
You should know that:
Service Availability
Ai InLine’s chatbot services operate using a Large Language Model (LLM) API and are subject to changes based on the best performing LLM available in the market at the time of use. Our services are reliant on the LLM being online and operable.
Please note that if the LLM, specifically the OpenAI model we currently use most frequently, is offline, our services may also be unavailable. Ai InLine does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for any disruptions or downtime caused by issues with the LLM or other external factors.
Changes to Terms
The terms of use are subject to change, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top of the page. Users are required to agree to the terms prior to using the Platform. To ensure you are aware of the most current terms, please review the terms of use page regularly.
By continuing to use the Platform after any changes to the terms of use, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.
Disputes
You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions and agreements (if any) with the Dealership, on or off the Platform. You further agree that Ai InLine will have no liability or responsibility with respect to such interactions and agreements. Ai InLine reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and the Dealership. You agree that you will not seek to involve Ai InLine in any such dispute as a party, whether by way of cross-claim, counterclaim, third-party claim, or any other method.
In the event of any dispute or claim connected with the Platform or these Terms, such dispute or claim will be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in person. If conducted in person, the arbitration will take place in a location agreed upon by both parties.
The arbitrator will be a neutral arbitrator agreed upon by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on a neutral arbitrator, either party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to designate a neutral arbitrator to serve as arbitrator.
The arbitration will be conducted informally, under rules agreed to by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on rules, they agree to let the arbitrator determine the rules of the arbitration.
The costs of the arbitration (other than each party’s legal fees) will be shared equally between you and Ai InLine. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.
